Athletic Background: High School; Collegiate (Ellsworth CC; Upper Iowa University)

Nolan Friedrichs started his collegiate career at Ellsworth Community College before transferring to Upper Iowa University where he ended his playing career. Nolan is the Players Relations Coordinator for the Iowa Sticks. Joining the Sportsplex West family in 2021, Nolan has provided both hands-on and behind-the-scenes efforts to help players reach their full potential.
